The final part of the work is devoted to the creation of the business plan itself, based on knowledge, data and facts from the analytical part.

The diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of the financial performance of the company S.A.B. Impex, s.r.o. based on benchmarking in the years 2016 - 2020. The first part of the work introduces the concepts, methods used and financial indicators necessary to perform benchmarking. The next part, which is analytical, contains an analysis of the company's environment and financial benchmarking with four direct competitors. The last part of the work deals with own solutions that help eliminate the identified problems to increase the financial performance of the analyzed company.

For that it uses theoretical knowledge, especially enviromental analyses of the firm. With this tools thesis evaluates current state of the sweet shop and suggests changes. The thesis contains suggestions for the development in the spheres of promotion, distribution and product.
